But those who wait for the Lord [who expect, look for, and hope in Him] shall change and renew their strength and power; they shall lift their wings and mount up [close to God] as eagles [mount up to the sun]; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint or become tired. - Isaiah 40:31 (Amplified)

I don't swear online, otherwise this post might be peppered with expletives...
Sometimes I wish I could sleep through all of my problems. I wish sleep could solve all of my problems. But it can't. Taking a nap right now would not be helpful, and I'm not tired anyway. I have a math test to study for, and a paper to revise. And I just realized that I have three two hour final exams on December 21st. That's six hours of exams. That's more time than my longest day of classes (4 1/2 hours). Well, crap. I'm screwed. And the Sunday before, I have to go have Duke family Christmas at my Aunt and Uncle's house. I'm upset about this. Very Upset.

Aww Hannah! ~hugs~ I know the feeling of wanting sleep to solve your problems; I get that a lot. (And the feeling of wanting to put expletives in your blog posts!) I'm sorry you have to take more exams than your classes combined (I did that last Tuesday, although it wasn't six hours!). That sounds really sucky. (And, are you upset about having family Christmas? or are you upset because something is interfering with your family Christmas?) (And why precisely are you screwed?)
ReplyDeleteI love you lots and lots...!
I"m upset about the Christmas thing because it's two days before all of my exams. Otherwise, I'm super happy and okay with Christmas. I'm screwed because I'll have to study for all three exams at the same time. I'm just annoyed with it all.
